Why did I get up this morning?

This guy, obviously delivering something to the office next door, keeps walking by my window and making the ORAL SEX sign to me. You know, wiggling tongue, fingers in a V-Shape and ugh ugh ugh why why why? His friend, the other charming gentleman, walks behind him, smiling and laughing.
